As she laid there
Gazing at the stars
she could only think of one thing. When would this man next to me be mine?
His hand rested on her face
Touching like she was priceless
Staring at her
He then pulled her closer
She sat up in his embrace
His head now on her chest
Oh what a rush she felt
Suddenly nervous beyond control
She jumps up and dances
People stare
But that’s okay
Cause she knows
The man she so longs for
Is looking right at her
And for that moment
She feels beyond beautiful
But the night is leaving too quickly
He must take her home
So away they ride on his bike
And a kiss he steals
And another kiss she gives
Then as quickly as he came
He disappears
