Just imo.But about being drunk and having sex. If two people are drunk. that’s BOTH PARTIES ARE DRUNK! They end up having sex and the girl is upset about it after. How is that rape? It’s not! Both parties were drunk. She was drunk and didn’t know what she was doing. He was drunk and didn’t know what he was doing. Both parties are stupid and to blame in this case. On the other hand if only one partie is drunk. JUST ONE OF THEM! That is rape. That is taking advantage of someone when they couldn’t say no. If both people are drunk and the girl calls rape then that girl is a retard. With that logic the guy could call rape on the girl! And if I ever get drunk and a girl gets drunk and we end up doing it then she better not say I’m a rapist. Because I can and I WILL say she raped me. Because it’s total bull shit.
